I remember saying the words "I want to quit my photography business."
I was sitting at the kitchen table staring at my computer, cartoons were on in the next room and the sounds of my toddlers hearty belly laugh echoed through the house. I looked over my to-do list for the day, there was editing galleries, client emails, hopping on a call at noon with a client and a sunset shoot. I had no system in place, no client flow, and to make matters worse I was burnt out and uninspired in my work. Every session started to feel like a chore and I was starting to forget why I fell in love with family photography. I felt like I was doing everything all the time but none of it well. Self doubt creeped in and I know I needed a change.
